Magazine covers published by coalition partners around the world and featuring super celebrities are a most effective means of generating the ubiquity of condemnation because the malfeasant can’t escape seeing them. When they go to the grocery or convenience store or the pharmacy whether in their home country or abroad, they’re on the shelves or next to the check-out counter and they remind them of what they’ve done and the consequences that follow.
